So Week 1 is in the books...
Surprisingly it wasn't too difficult to get all of the workouts in...but the 4 miles on Sunday were harder than I anticipated.  I think I was just a little too busy over the weekend and buy Sunday night I was burnt out.

I am now on to Week 2.
Today I did the Run and Strength that I am actually supposed to do on Thursday.  I know I won't have time for both on Thursday, so I did them tonight.  Let me tell you...running after lifting was TOUGH.  I'm excited though for this journey.

All I know is running in the summer is HARD.  This heat is killing me.  It may be the fact that I'm outside all day and then trying to run, but I have learned that I definitely enjoy running in the cold versus the hot.  Oh well... :)
